- Now edit the HTML, replace
button
with your UI provided component, or style it using tailwind or whichever CSS you are using, add icons or text, modify active state class, verify dark mode, etc.
That's it! You can now use Nuxt TipTap Editor in your Nuxt app ✨
P.S Currently, this module only provides minimal and essential imports to quickly add TipTap Editor to your Nuxt 3 App. The only main reason this module came to exist is to provide auto import to your Nuxt 3 App. More features might be added later on.
Extension
By default @tiptap/extension-link
and @tiptap/extension-code-block-lowlight
is installed.
CodeBlockLowlight
lowlight
is a option that can be enabled in the configuration. Until lowlight
option evaluates to true
, lowlight
related objects won't be imported to the project to reduce chunk size.
Basic usage
tiptap: {
lowlight: {
theme: "github-dark", //default theme
},
},
<script setup>
const lowlight = TiptapcreateLowlight(Tiptapcommon);
const editor = useEditor({
content: "<p>I'm running Tiptap with Vue.js. 🎉</p>",
extensions: [
TiptapStarterKit.configure({
codeBlock: false, //to avoid duplication issues
}),
TiptapCodeBlockLowlight.configure({
lowlight,
}),
],
});
</script>
Read Official Documentation on CodeBlockLowlight
for full configurations.
